Position : Opener (Salary + Commission)

This is the entry-level sales role on our team. You’ll be responsible for calling warm and fresh business leads, engaging business owners, and setting up opportunities for our closers.

What We Offer :

Salary + Commission : Weekly base pay with uncapped commission.

Progression Path : Training → Junior Broker → Senior Broker → Team Leader (with overrides).

Bonuses :

Monthly bonuses up to $1,000 based on company revenue you generate.

Weekly spiff contests (cash bonuses $200–$800+).

Growth : Earn promotions by hitting production milestones — move from opener to closer within months.

Compensation Example

Training Period : $600 weekly base + commissions.

Junior Broker (post-training) : $700 weekly base + commissions.

Senior Broker : $45,000+ / year salary + higher commissions, bonuses, syndication opportunities, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

Call and qualify inbound & outbound leads (business owners).

Generate interest and transfer to closers or set up appointments.

Learn sales scripts and objection handling.

Track performance metrics in CRM.

Maintain a high activity level — this is a phone-heavy role .

Qualifications

Prior sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Competitive, money-driven, and motivated by growth.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
