Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients and possess a strong understanding of speech therapy techniques. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children, with a focus on early intervention strategies to support their development.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.
• Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions to enhance communication skills.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
• Educate families on strategies to support their child's communication development at home.
• Qualifications
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Previous experience is preferred, particularly with pediatric patients.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient assessment techniques.
• Familiarity with early intervention practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
