Senior Analyst

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President Asset Management Support, the Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in overseeing Loan & Equity booking and transaction processing within our system of record. Your responsibilities will also include managing the internal fee booking and reconciliation process, resolving wire issues, reviewing wire instructions, providing in-depth root cause analysis, and liaising with internal teams to address ad-hoc client requests. This role is situated in a fast-paced environment, where you will be expected to apply your analytical skills and financial expertise to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the booking of Loan & Equity transactions in the system of record.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in transaction processing and reconciliation.
• Responsible for identifying, working through, clearing, and providing root cause analysis on breaks
• Handle the booking and reconciliation of internal fee processes within the system of record.
• Ensure that all fees are correctly accounted for and reconciled on a regular basis.
• Assist in identifying and resolving Wire / Cash related issues.
• Review and verify wire instructions to ensure they comply with internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure that transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies within transaction processing and reconciliation.
• Implement best practices to enhance operational workflows and accuracy.
