What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.Assist visitors, tenants, and / or employees with questions or directions as needed while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.Communicate promptly with site management and Allied Universal supervisors regarding incidents, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions at the location.Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.What We're Looking For :

Customer service experience is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
