Executive Home Care is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides or CNA's to join our team in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing care and support during morning or evening hours, ensuring clients are comfortable, safe, and well-cared for as they begin each day or wind down for the night.

Responsibilities :

Assist with dressing and personal hygiene

Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning for comfort.

Companionship

Medication Reminders

Observations / Monitoring / Reporting

Light housekeeping and Laundry assistance

Other duties as assigned in the care plan

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, or home health aide

Ability to assist with physical tasks, including lifting and mobility support.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must pass a background check and drug screening.

CPR and First Aid certifications

Schedule :

Morning shifts from 6 : 30 a.m.- 9 : 30 a.m. or Evening shifts available from 2 : 30 p.m.- 8 : 30 p.m.
