What you'll be doing

Lead engagement of new and existing customers to drive onboarding and develop relationships with key stakeholders.

Develop expertise in SyncSketch and its uses across different organizations.

Act as the technical lead for customers.

Coordinate and support technical implementation tasks for new customers.

Collaborate with Customer Success Manager and Solution Architects to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to execution.

Identify and resolve customer escalations and support tickets.

Prepare knowledge base documentation and self-service modules.

Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to the Product team.

Perform product demonstrations and address product questions from various stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience in the position offered or a related position.

Must have three (3) years of experience with / in : Customer or Product Support; Building and working with content production pipelines; Leveraging knowledge of digital video and audio technologies, production management or DCC software; C++. C#, and C; Unreal 4, and Unity; Blender; and Photoshop.

40 hrs / week, Mon-Fri, 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m. Salary : $131,640 - $141,640 / yr. Standard company benefits.
