In this Restaurant Kitchen Management (KM) role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams along with assistant manager roles and duties as a member of the restaurant management team. Kitchen Manager or Culinary Manager experience is preferred in this BOH leadership / Heart of House management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage kitchen operations and BOH teams to ensure high quality food and service.
• Coordinate with the management team on day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Implement structured training programs to develop team members and ensure consistency in food quality.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and compliance standards in the kitchen.

Locations and compensation examples : Framingham, MA $65,000.00-$75,000.00; Sudbury, MA $60,000.00-$65,000.00; Natick, MA $55,000.00-$65,000.00; Shrewsbury, MA $60,000.00-$65,000.00; Millis, MA $60,000.00-$70,000.00; Auburn, MA $60,000.00-$65,000.00; Acton, MA $66,500.00-$76,500.00; Worcester, MA and other MA locations listed as per postings.
