The General Manager is a high‑profile leadership role responsible for the salon’s growth, coordination, and operational success, ensuring the salon meets or exceeds financial goals while providing leadership in customer service, team relations, sales, and member participation. The General Manager coaches, communicates, aligns, and holds the team to salon expectations, and acts as the salon ambassador to deliver an unforgettable experience to every guest.
