Training & Development Manager

A company is looking for a Training & Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Interview clients within R&D to create and develop learning content for competency-based onboarding and upskilling

Support various departments across R&D, including Clinical Trial Execution, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, or Safety

Establish, implement, and maintain learning plans in collaboration with training professionals and clients

Required Qualifications

BS / BA degree with 5 years of experience or MS with 3 years of experience

Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining knowledge & learning KPIs

Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire)

Strong skills in Microsoft suite of software

Experience in adult educational learning within a healthcare company setting
