Job Description

Position Summary :

The Jr. Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day logistics and sample handling tasks. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams including Program Management, Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure accurate tracking, handling, and delivery of smartphone prototypes and engineering samples.

This is a support role, ideal for someone detail-oriented and reliable, with strong communication and coordination skills. The role is part-time and onsite, offering consistent support for ongoing project and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sample Handling & Inventory :

Maintain organized inventory of engineering and test samples

Prepare and pack samples for domestic and international shipments

Assist in initial setup of sample devices (e.g., software flashing, SIM setup, accessory pairing)

Interface with internal stakeholders to confirm sample needs, destinations, and delivery status
