A company is looking for an IT Manager-I to oversee technical support and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

Handle frontline merchant support and serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues

Lead by example on ticket resolution and live interactions, ensuring quality and speed

Mentor support agents and contribute to the growth of training programs and performance standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical support, IT / networking, or related operations

2+ years of leadership or team management experience

Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and build scalable systems

Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues in live environments

Experience with POS systems, networking, or distributed hardware is a plus
