Store Support Teammate (Part Time)
The Store Support Teammate is responsible for fulfilling our mission statement, "to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests." Additionally, this position completes a variety of sales support tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
Pay range : $14-$16 / hr. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Essential duties and responsibilities include :
Greeting guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answering questions regarding the store and its merchandise.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Completing guest transactions and bagging purchases.Maintaining knowledge of sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.Monitoring and recognizing security risks and thefts.Assisting in merchandising tasks such as preparing displays, organizing fixtures, and completing price markdowns.Maintaining a clean, organized, and shoppable store.Understanding and applying Buckle's Code of Ethics and policies.Performing job duties with a high level of guest service and contributing to a positive team spirit.Special projects and other duties as assigned.There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
