Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize training platforms and tools, ensuring effective content management and compliance tracking
Design and implement the commercial onboarding process, providing role-specific training and establishing a mentoring program
Define KPIs for training programs, develop dashboards for analytics, and recommend strategies to improve training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in training, learning operations, or product coordination
Experience with SAP Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS) or similar database
Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management
Ability to quickly assimilate information and thrive in a dynamic, global setting
