Now, we’re looking for motivated, passionate individuals to join our growing team as a Remote Junior Sales Associate.

What You’ll Do

As a Benefits Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their permanent benefits programs with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include :

Explaining permanent benefits clearly and effectively to clients via Zoom.

Communicate clearly and effectively with clients via phone and Zoom

Build trust and maintain strong long-term client relationships

Guide clients step-by-step to ensure they understand their entitlements

Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation on time.

Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed company standards

What We’re Looking For

Eligibility : Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Valid Life & Health Insurance License / Certification (preferred)

No prior sales experience required as training will be provided.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience : 1+ years in customer support, administration, or sales preferred.

Skills :

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Team-oriented and collaborative.
