Job Summary :

Enterprise Electrical is seeking skilled and motivated Electricians of all levels Apprentice, Journeyman, and Foreman to join our team in Austin, TX. Candidates must have proven experience and demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. This is an excellent opportunity for professional electricians seeking steady hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities :

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with NEC standards.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, cable terminations, and panel installations.
  • Follow all safety protocols, ensuring a zero-incident work environment.
  • Work closely with foremen and project management to complete daily assignments on time.
  • Assist in mentoring apprentices (Journeyman / Foreman levels).
  • Document work completed and support inspections and testing.

Skills and Qualification :

  • Experience : Proven Minimum 3 years of Electrical experience (Apprentice) and minimum 2 years of Electrical Experience Journeyman and Foreman.
  • Licensing : Must hold a valid TX electrical license (Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master.)
  • Skills : Strong knowledge of NEC codes, safety practices, and electrical systems.
  • Tools & Equipment : Must have basic hand tools

    • Compensation :

  • Apprentice (3+ year proven experience) : $23 $29 / Hr.
  • Journeyman (2+ years proven experience) : $30 $35+ / Hr.
  • Foreman (2+ years & ability to manage up to 10 manpower) : $38 $43+ / Hr.
