Essential Job Duties :
- Bring on new retail business to the Protech organization through a structured consultative sales approach.
- Provides assistance to new customers for account set up and training support required to maximize sales, profits, productivity and customer satisfaction
- Develops and maintains productive, long-term client relationships through visitation, phone calls, letters, and corporate support materials
- Serves as an advisor for existing clients, consulting in current products, industry updates and determine individual client needs
- Work closely with customers to increase and / or maintain monthly volume targets as well as monitor service, delivery and performance
- Work with operational counterparts to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting of commitments and eventual hand off of account management responsibilities
- Acts as liaison between accounts, company staff, and Accounts Receivable department to build and maintain healthy financial relationships
- Use customer feedback to recommend modifications to products and / or services
