As a Part-Time Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our dining outlets, providing excellent customer service while handling transactions efficiently. Earnings include a $14.00 base pay plus participation in the tip pool. This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced resort environment, assisting guests as they enjoy our accommodations, waterpark, mini golf, and other amenities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
• Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit cards, and resort payment systems.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to enter orders and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
• Assist with answering guest inquiries about the menu, resort amenities, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling guidelines.
• Assist with light food and beverage preparation or stocking as needed.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Balance house bank at the end of the shift. Retrieves and store bank per resort guidelines.
