Overview

We are seeking a motivated Civil or Environmental Engineer (1-5 years of experience) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with land development design, permitting, and water resources projects across Delaware and surrounding states.

Remote (within 3-hour radius of Dover, DE)

Job Type

Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare design and permitting packages to support land development and wastewater projects.
  • Develop existing site surveys and exhibits to document, evaluate, and recommend project solutions.
  • Prepare construction drawings, design reports, and engineering computations.
  • Assist with public presentations and client meetings by preparing presentation materials.
  • Review third-party design plans and specifications.
  • Provide contract administration support during construction to ensure project compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
  • Licensure or on track to obtain PE within 6 months (preferred).
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD / Civil 3D, HydroCAD, PondPack, StormCAD, or similar tools (a plus).
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary : $57,800 - $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
