About The Role :

The General Service Technician position is full-time or part-time, hourly, and based on business needs. Responsibilities include performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance, communicating effectively with guests, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities :

• Perform basic vehicle services and repairs efficiently according to standards.
• Provide tire services including mounting, balancing, and TPMS repairs.
• Conduct vehicle services such as oil changes, lubrication, and battery testing.
• Complete courtesy inspections and communicate additional service needs.
• Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness.
• Follow safety standards and operate equipment safely.
• Test drive vehicles following company policies.
• Adhere to all policies, standards, and training requirements.

Compensation : $17 - $18 per hour, with potential incentives based on experience.

Qualifications :

Work Environment & Physical Requirements :

This role operates in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and reaching.
