Job Description :
Support engineering operations by leading software release cycles, coordinating test automation strategies, and troubleshooting infrastructure and production issues.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Coordinate software releases across infrastructure, security, and development teams
Ensure test reliability and coverage through collaboration with QA teams
Analyze and fill gaps in test automation strategy and coverage metrics
Troubleshoot production issues and facilitate root cause analysis
Participate in on-call production support and emergency releases
Use automation tools (Selenium, TestCafe, Postman, etc.) and performance tools (JMeter, Locust)
Contribute to CICD pipeline processes and maintain documentation across the Atlassian suite
Requirements : Must-Haves :
5 years of experience in QA / Release roles
Strong understanding of software life cycles and CICD pipelines
Proficient in Selenium and RSpec with experience writing and evaluating test suites
Experience in troubleshooting production issues and coordinating resolution efforts
Familiarity with API testing and performance tools (Postman, JMeter)
Programming experience in Java, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript (must be able to write code from scratch)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice-to-Haves :
Experience with mobile app testing or publishing reviews
Familiarity with AWS
Database knowledge (SQL or Postgres)
