Unilux Brand We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this fast-paced role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Document all customer interactions and update records as needed.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for call management.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and understanding.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
