Wendell Foster is interested in hiring energetic Direct Support Professionals for our Intermediate Care Facility to join the team of #DifferenceMakers!

High School diploma or G.E.D. preferredPossession of valid driver’s license and insurable driving recordCurrently possess or able to complete first aid and CPR certification (training provided)Communicate well with others including staff and our individualsEssential Functions :
Support our individuals direct care needs including, but not limited to :
Getting dressed, assisting with baths and showering, toileting and hygiene needs, feeding, Assist with walking and / or wheelchair mobility, occasionally preparing meals and snacks per dietary cardEnsure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.Understand individual’s rights and display respect and dignity when interacting with individuals.Frequently lift and / or move 50lbs; occasionally lift and / or move 75lbs while assisting a person with movement or direct careOther important information :
