This is an exciting Project Manager opportunity in Richmond VA for someone to join our client who is a Top Ranked Builder and specializes in a variety of multifamily projects. We are looking to hire someone that is not only passionate about the industry and putting their name on high-profile projects, but also excited to help mentor APM's & PE's on the team! Required for the role :

  • 5+ years of Construction Management Experience
  • Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred)
  • Experience with new ground up Construction projects
  • Currently or previously employed with a GC or Builder Developer
  • Local to Richmond VA or willing to relocate permanently

    • Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Utilize construction management software to track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project scheduling, including coordinating subcontractors and ensuring materials are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure project goals are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
