Our client in the pet pharmaceutical field is seeking hybrid customer service reps to join their team. As a customer service representative, you will play a critical role in the company's customer support department. The ideal candidate would have experience in call center role, great customer service skills and a willingness to help others. Which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Hybrid Customer Care Representative Location : Swedesboro, NJ Pay Range : $18-$20 Schedule : 6 weeks paid in-classroom training in Swedesboro, NJ (In-person) Week 1-3 of training : M–F 8 : 00AM–4 : 30 PM week 4-6 of training : M–F, 9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM or 10 : 00AM-6 : 30PM Once training is complete, schedule will be M-F 11 : 30AM-8 : 00PM + 1 Saturday a month. 2 days in office (1 day must be Wednesday); 3 days remote. What's the Job? Deliver customer service with kindness, empathy, understanding, and patience Efficiently navigate patient and prescriber profiles across systems Ability to adapt quickly to each customer interaction - inbound, outbound, and written, through email, phone, SMS, chat and mailed prescriptions. Cohesively work with a team, as well as independently Ability to interact with team members across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while keeping our pet patients and customers front and center What's Needed? HS Diploma or GED required Currently hold a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License or willing to apply for one Quick learner, ability to quickly pivot to needs of each customer. Computer-savvy, navigating the internet with ease Reliable transportation Home Internet Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. What's in it for me?
