You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to "float" between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.\n\nWhat will you will do in this role : \n
• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality\n
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis\n
• Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement\n\nJob Requirements : \n
• Florida RN license and / or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.\n
• Associate Degree, BSN preferred\n
• 2 years' of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred\n
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date\n
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date\n
