Requirements : Must Have :
We require candidates to have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, along with more than a year of relevant experience. Experience in a call center or technical support environment is preferred. Additionally, you should possess the ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and handle quadratic ratios and percentages. Familiarity with computer operations, including programming, databases, and operating systems, as well as software applications, is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, and you may be tasked with training others or presenting information to departments. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks or projects that vary in complexity.
Responsibilities :
You will be accountable for handling end-user calls and work orders in a prompt and professional manner while maintaining clear communication within the department and with users. Your core duties will include providing remote technical support through various channels, assisting with IT systems delivery, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and adhering to operational protocols while documenting pertinent information in support tickets. You will address inquiries regarding system procedures, transaction statuses, and issues related to downtime. Collaborating with IT and business partners to restore services and pinpoint recurring issues will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will manage the communication and escalation process for more complex support matters and may be assigned additional duties as necessary.
