Join Our Urgent Care Team in Munster, IN

We are currently seeking a full-time Urgent Care Physician to join our team located near Westville, IN.

What We Need :

We are looking for a candidate who is Board Eligible / Board Certified in Family Medicine and / or Emergency Medicine. Recent Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should have ACLS / PALS / BLS certifications or be willing to become certified. They should also be comfortable seeing patients of all ages with an approximate volume of 30 patients per day.

Ideal Candidate Proficiency :

• Reading basic x-rays of all body parts
• Laceration repair / wound care
• Initial ECG interpretation
• Interpreting test results
• Urgent evaluation and treatment of potentially critically ill patients and appropriate transport to the closest Emergency Department

What You Can Expect :

Open 363 days a year

Scheduled hours : 35 hours per week

Clinic Hours : Monday Friday 8 : 00 a.m. 8 : 00 p.m., Saturday Sunday 8 : 00 a.m. 6 : 00 p.m.

Holiday hours : 8 : 00 a.m. 4 : 00 p.m.

7 shifts per pay period, 12-hour weekday shifts & 10-hour weekend shifts

No call expectation

Average outpatient volume : patients per shift

Abdominal pain

Flu
