Position will be Hybrid with 3 days on site / 2 remote (AFTER FULLY TRAINED).

Ideal candidate- Good Excel skills, Lab work / experience- knowledge of how a pharma company uses products, Comfortable in lab environment / experience even though this is not lab work, Supply chain experience.

Qualifications :

Education Minimum : Bachelors preferably in Scientific, Engineering, or related field. Minimum Experience and Skills

• Minimum 5 years experience in Technical, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, or related Business Operations working with products or processes is required
• Demonstrated Quality, Technical and / or Manufacturing experience in the areas of pharmaceutical, medical device, and / or vaccine manufacturing or packaging
• Ability to work within a matrix organization and leverage expertise from other functions and departments
• Proven self-starter
• Ability to develop and / or improve supplier relationships
• Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of cGMPs, technical writing, data management collection and analysis
• Possess excellent interpersonal, inclusion, and communication skills
• Appreciates and respects diversity, cultures, and norms
• Facilitates business negotiations in a professional manner
• Ability to Prioritize, Align and Simplify
