Experienced Project Manager - Pioneering California's ADU Revolution

At ADORE Homes, we build adorable backyard homes (ADUs) and create housing solutions that transform communities while building industry-leading careers. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to orchestrate multiple prefab ADU projects across the Bay Area, from concept to completion, while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Direct project oversight of multiple simultaneous ADU builds, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction
• Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet specifications and timelines
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and personnel for seamless execution
• Proactively resolve construction challenges with innovative solutions
• Conduct comprehensive inspections for compliance with plans and building codes
• Track project schedules and budgets with meticulous attention to detail
• Build strong relationships with city officials for permitting and regulatory approvals
• Maintain exceptional communication with clients throughout their ADU journey
• Mentor junior project managers and develop systems for company-wide excellence
• Implement cutting-edge prefab construction methods to advance housing solutions
