Overview

This position is responsible for all new home sales activities while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with buyers and their realtors to sell and close newly built homes.
  • Maintain model home(s) and communities to high standards.
  • Meet or exceed customer service goals and sales metrics.
  • Generate leads from various sources.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with Realtors.
  • Coordinate customer meetings with other departments during the homebuying process.
  • Visit competitor communities regularly to understand the local market and conduct competitive market analysis to maximize success.

Education & Experience

  • Valid Driver's License in the state of employment.
  • Preferred : 3+ years of success in sales or customer service.
  • Required : Valid Real Estate license if applicable.

    • Skills & Abilities

  • Meet monthly goals in a commission-based environment.
  • Availability to staff the model home sales office on a 5-day schedule.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Follow a planned sales presentation.
  • Learn and convey information about Beazer Homes communities, products, promotions, and processes.
  • Communicate clearly both in writing and face-to-face.

    • Technical Knowledge & Experience

  • Use computers and technology for prospecting, follow-up, and homebuyer management.
  • Basic understanding of mortgage financing is preferred.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Work in sales offices and on-site at various locations following safety guidelines.
  • Visit and guide buyers through homesites and communities in varying conditions.
  • Visit neighboring communities and remote locations for training and research.
  • Wear safety equipment as required on active construction sites.
