VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Neurology.

• Description : LOCUM- Neurology Locum ONLY Opportunity UPDATE 9 / 23 - we will now consider 2 providers to fill this locum need. We need 3 weeks of coverage so need at least one who can offer 2 weeks and one that can offer 1 week a month. Please ensure your candidates know that this is a LOCUM position, not a locums to perm nor permanent position. We can not offer a locums to permanent option They will not proceed or interview any candidates looking for long-term employment within this assignment request.Please connect with your candidates to set these expectations regarding this assignment. Candidates that are presented and do not align with these expectations may result in the vendor being subject to paused or denied access to future locum needs. If the provider is only interested in a long-tern placement (perm opportunity) then please remove the bid from consideration at this time.Please include interview availability on the bids as the physician reviewing typically only has availability between 12-1pm PST most days. Please include the following on the bids : Guaranteed Hours : 8 OT applies after 8 hours per dayWe are looking for one full time provider to work 4 days a week in the clinic preferred but can consider 3 weeks of coverage. Usually it is a M-Thurs schedule 8am-4pm but they can be flexible on what 4 days of the week a provider is open to work (providers also have the option to work 9-5 instead). The work hours will include a lunch hour (12-1 or 1230-130, providers choice). Provider will not need privileges but will need to go through onboarding with the team to get access set up. Start date can be as soon as this is completed so aiming for October 1 or sooner.
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
