Manage case files and maintain accurate records using document management systems like Lexitas and MyCase
Perform document review and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Interview clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for cases.
Provide executive administrative support to attorneys as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Assist in litigation processes by preparing trial binders and exhibits.
Maintain organized filing systems for electronic documents.
Collaborate with clients on various legal matters, including landlord-tenant issues, immigration law, personal injury claims, and workers' compensation cases.
Skills
Paralegal experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge in Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks with attention to detail.
Experience with project management to oversee case timelines effectively.
Strong phone etiquette for client interactions and communications.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
