We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract based in Sherman, Illinois. In this role, you will support specific business units by ensuring exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and resolving claims or complaints in a fair and effective manner. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to customer education initiatives and improve organizational processes.
Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, processing sales orders, and managing purchase order collections.
- Resolve customer claims and complaints in compliance with consumer laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement improvement plans for purchase order collections.
- Educate customers proactively through organization-wide initiatives and communication strategies.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures and guidelines for decision-making and task execution.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry related to customer accounts and transactions.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize computer systems effectively to manage workflows and support business operations.
- Support the Trauma & Extremities Business Units with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of process improvements within the department.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, account management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficiency in managing sales processes, purchase orders, and complaint resolution.
- Demonstrated computer skills and ability to navigate various systems effectively.
- Knowledge of consumer laws and regulations relevant to claims and complaints.
- Ability to follow established procedures and make decisions within defined guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing data and workflows.
