RESPONSIBILITIES :

Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a Systems Engineer for a hybrid role onsite 3 days / week (Monday - Wednesday preferred). Flexibility is required; occasional workdays may extend to 8 PM.

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. This role demands deep technical expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and file share management across both on-premises and cloud infrastructures. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and communicates effectively without the need for micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Active Directory Management :

• Administer and troubleshoot complex AD environments across multiple domains and forests
• Address audit findings and protocol issues (LDAP, NTLM, SNMP)
• Manage federations, trust relationships, and DNS dependencies (Infoblox experience preferred)

File Share Troubleshooting :

Windows Server Administration :

Change Management :

Communication & Responsiveness :

Availability & Flexibility :

Onsite Presence :

REQUIREMENTS :

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
