Job Description

Assisting with day-to-day project activities. PE tasks when needed. Maximizing project efficiency and profitability. Performing duties as directed by Senior Management, Project Executive and / or Project Manager. Assisting and developing working relationships with team, owner, subcontractors, and vendors. Managing and coordinating submittal / procurement & RFI processes. Coordinating all Document controls and drawing markups, in accordance with the company SOP. Implementing and overseeing the field staffs tracking. Coordinating Procore reporting. Assisting and coordinating with project closeout. Other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of APM experience. Ideally has CM at Risk background. Project background in public work. Construction related degree. Proficient in : Excel, MS, Bluebeam, Procore. Commutable to Warwick & Providence RI.
