This role directly supports revenue growth by combining exceptional customer service with strong data analytics that inform sales strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand needs and enhance engagement.
- Analyze sales trends, customer buying patterns, and inventory data to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations that support pricing, promotions, and product focus.
- Collaborate closely with sales to share accurate deal information and communicate customer updates.
- Prepare precise sales sheets with correct product specifications, quantities, and pricing.
- Maintain CRM records and customer profiles with high data accuracy.
- Monitor performance metrics such as pipeline movement, product demand forecasting, and goal attainment.
- Support promotional initiatives, customer programs, and sales events, including measurement of outcomes.
- Create and distribute monthly customer newsletters highlighting promotions and key product information.
- Partner with purchasing and logistics teams to forecast demand and provide accurate shipping timelines.
- Recommend and assist in process improvements that elevate efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
