Overview
We are seeking skilled CNC Operators and CNC Machinists to join our growing precision manufacturing team. We are open to candidates with experience in CNC Turning, Milling, and Swiss Machining .

Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (Turning, Milling, or Swiss) to produce precision medical components.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and inspection plans.
Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.
Adjust machine offsets and tooling as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S and safety standards.
Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and quality inspectors to resolve issues and improve processes.
Accurately record production data and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience operating or setting up CNC machines (Turning, Milling, or Swiss).
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T.
Experience working with tight tolerances (±.0002” typical).
Familiarity with medical component machining or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
