Key Responsibilities
Monitor data quality and provide analysis of data and KPIs for Talent Solutions performance
Create reports and data visualization dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce for organizational leaders
Provide training and support for staff on systems and tools, ensuring best practices are followed
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Training, or CRM
Experience presenting to senior executives and managing relationships with staff
Expertise in HubSpot and working knowledge of Salesforce data processes
Demonstrated creativity in developing solutions to diverse customer needs
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
