Senior Back End Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Back End Engineer to design and develop foundational systems for AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and build scalable backend systems and infrastructure

Improve platform performance focusing on scalability, reliability, and security

Contribute to open-source projects and optimize data pipelines

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in building and deploying mission-critical REST / RPC services

Familiarity with Kubernetes, deployment pipelines, and system-level debugging

Expertise in designing and maintaining scalable SQL and NoSQL databases

Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects is a plus

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
