TITLE : Packaging Line Leader – 2nd Shift
OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY :
Oversee and engage in activities encompassing a single production line, assuring safety, quality and efficiency of operation.
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Report issues that deviate from plans and requirements for safety, quality, or production.
- Safely and efficiently produce product within quality guidelines.
- Properly maintain GMP documentation at assigned production line, including routine checks and calculations.
- Assure organization, collection, and delivery of documentation and product samples as required.
- Assess production issues, perform minor adjustments, and maintain equipment cleanliness as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Complete reporting documentation (i.e. DWOR, Labor, inventory, work orders, batch records, lost time).Take action as needed to maintain an efficient operation, such as moving manpower when line is down.Perform training and guidance as needed throughout department.Communicate front line perspective on safety, quality and production issues (i.e. RCA involvement).Perform other related duties as required.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Substantial walking required, including climbing ladders and handicap inaccessible areas.Must be able to properly lift materials up to 50 lbs.QUALIFICATIONS :
High School Diploma or the equivalent.GMP knowledge and experience.Two years manufacturing experience.ACCOUNTABILITY :
