job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage all phases of project delivery — budget control, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality, and safety Lead RFIs, submittals, OAC meetings, and overall project documentation Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and public agencies (DSA, OSHPD, city officials, etc.) Drive field performance, mentor superintendents, and ensure trade partner accountability Oversee cost forecasting, change orders, and pay applications with attention to detail and transparency Support business development and preconstruction efforts by reviewing plans, budgets, and schedules Ensure compliance with DSA and public contract requirements when applicable Minimum 7+ years of project management experience with a General Contractor Strong background in commercial, civic, or public works construction (DSA experience strongly preferred) Skilled with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project / P6 Excellent communication and leadership skills — ability to build trust with owners and field teams Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments Base salary : $150,000 – $180,000 DOE Annual performance bonus Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Professional development and continued education support

Compensation : $150,000 – $180,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee mid- to large-scale commercial and public works projects ranging from $5M to $50M+. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading full-cycle construction efforts — from preconstruction through close-out — while maintaining client confidence and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
