Warranty Claim Reviewer

This role is responsible for all of the tasks associated with review and payment of warranty claims, which includes a technical analysis to ensure compliance with the established Warranty Policies & Procedures in effect at the time of repair. The role provides direction and support to dealers, field staff, and corporate employees via phone and email support to ensure that warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
