Educational Specialist RSP (Mild / Moderate)

Birch Agency, a nationally recognized company in educational services, is looking for a dedicated part-time Special Education Teacher (Mild / Moderate - RSP) to join our team in South Santa Ana, CA! We have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with special needs, and we are hiring like-minded professionals to be part of our team.

Job Details

• Two days per week (not Mondays or Thursdays)
• 7 : 30am - 4pm
• Caseload : 10 - 12 students
• RSP (pull out, push in) setting
• Age group : TK-8th
• Duties will include case management (scheduling IEP team meetings, collaborating with other assessors and service providers, creating trimester-ly IEP goal progress reports).
• Single site - dual language program (Spanish / English)
• Bilingual / biliterate skills are preferred but not required
• Will work closely with SPED coordinator, School Psychologists, other Education Specialists, Paraeducators, SLP, and OT.
• Pay starting at $55 / hr
