We are seeking a Lending Manager who is looking to start a career in a friendly environment.

We're looking for a kind, detail orientated, and driven person to assist our members with their financial needs, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the loan department.
Primary Job Duties are (but not limited to) :
- Overseeing the Lending and Collection departments
- Maintaining full knowledge of all products and services, while continually learning and staying up with current trends in the marketplace
- Research, resolve and respond to member disputes. Write correspondence to loan members as needed.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance, training and direction to staff in developing and implementing plans and objectives.
- Assumes accountability for monitoring and assuring the fulfillment of loan objectives, including loan originations, outstanding or delinquent accounts, charge-offs.
- Work with the VP of Lending and the Marketing Director for planning Loan Department promotions.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements :
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION
A minimum of 3 - 5 years of successful lending experience is required.Proven sales and consulting experience required. Must be familiar with all lending policies.KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
Excellent management and leadership skills.Excellent analytical and organizational skills.Proficient in database and lending computer application systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS / REQUIREMENTS
Standing, walking, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, finger and hand dexterity, average hearing, average visual acuity. Ability to converse.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
