Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Surgical Unit, which operates within the Med-Surg unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care nursing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the inpatient surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as required.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, safety regulations, and infection control policies.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior staff as necessary.
