Role Overview :

Reporting to the Founder, the General Manager – Sports, will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the Dragons Elite Athletics organization. This role requires deep experience in business development strategy and execution, financial management, and high-performance culture building. Experience in sports management preferable. The General Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our reach, and upholding the integrity of the Dragon Way in every aspect of the organization.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Overseeing the strategic direction of the Dragons Elite Athletics organization and optimizing the utilization and economic models for its sports, teams, and development programs.
• Collaborating with the Black Dragon leadership to successfully scale and identify opportunities for Dragon's Elite Athletics organization.
• Manage corporate functions with support from the One Dragon Services team.

This position requires a dynamic, business development-oriented, strategic leader who will ensure the successful management and delivery of multiple sports programs (such as, but not limited to, baseball, soccer, volleyball, etc.), team acquisition and development, all while building for scale.
