Opportunity Overview

Mechanical Engineer / Associate Engineer - 12-18 MONTH CONTRACT - FULL TIME

WECTEC Staffing / Westinghouse is looking for new or experienced Engineers with strong mechanical engineering skills / aptitude. This position is a 12–18-month contract with potential to convert to a permanent role and will be based at Waltz Mill in Madison, PA. If you are looking to begin or grow your career in mechanical engineering, this opportunity is for you!

What Your Day-to-day Looks Like

• Work with the team of Engineers on a variety of technical / mechanical engineering projects
• Work will include repairs and extensions of reactor internals and head packages (1 month of training is provided)
• Physical manipulation of underwater objects with precision and skill
• Working consistently with Reactor Component Upgrades
• Involved in equipment design, qualifying equipment and qualifying procedures
