Hillbilly's Restaurant Managers oversee the daily operations of a full service dining, drinking and entertainment establishment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient workflow, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality, service, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management : Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations including staff scheduling, food preparation, inventory control, and service delivery.
- Staff Leadership : Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff. Foster a positive team environment and ensure adherence alignment to the Hillbilly's Brand
- Customer Service : Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service. Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze sales reports. Implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability.
- Compliance and Safety : Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Oversee proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness standards.
- Menu Coordination : Collaborate with kitchen staff to update and promote menu offerings that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
- Marketing and Promotion : Execute promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clientele.
- Supplier Relations : Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Qualifications
