JOB SUMMARY :

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) leads the full range of client deliverables and is accountable for assigned brand(s) from project planning to final delivery with regard to timing, quality, and budget. The SPM is a creative problem solver whose production expertise allows them to drive complex development efforts for multichannel tactics. The SPM collaborates cross-functionally with agency departments including Account Management, Finance, Production, Creative, Editorial, Technology, Strategy, among others. Whether it's advising on the feasibility of creative concepts, planning resource assignments, workload phasing, ensuring priorities are managed to align with account, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions ahead of time, the only thing certain is that no one day is ever the same.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Project Management : Owns and drives agency and department processes, procedures, and workflows for assigned brand(s) and workstreams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Drives cross-functional team by steering collaborative problem solving, communicating overall status, and providing oversight of workstream health and change management as needed.
• Administration : Maintains timely, detail-oriented, and accurate approach to administrative tasks.
