A company is looking for a Clinical Assessor, Mid - RN - Full-time (Remote U.S.).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments for Medicaid Waiver eligibility using state-approved tools
Ensure privacy and dignity of individuals during assessments and maintain established timeframes for various assessments
Participate in mediation and appeal processes and conduct service plan reviews as needed
Required Qualifications
An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License in South Carolina or Compact Licensure
1+ years of experience with members having Intellectual and Related Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, or Spinal Cord Injury
1+ years of Case Manager experience is acceptable
